Kevin McGrail

Owner, Co-founder and leader of the company, Kev's been the backbone that has kept this group of talented friends together over the years. Taking control and organizing many projects has been his specialty. The excitement and joy of production was temporarily put to rest while Kev went to Michigan State University for a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering. However, in 2008, the gang reunited for a film competition which relit the fire. Currently, Kev is attending DePaul University in Chicago, IL pursuing a Masters of Science in Digital Cinema. Fascinated with the business side of film, Kev is looking to get into the field of production after graduating in 2011.

Tom Williams

From lucrative lemonade stands in the second grade to turning partying into a profitable business at Michigan State University, Tom has always been intricately involved in making sure DFP has been operating at its fullest potential. He has played several roles in many of the DFP productions to date and still remains very active behind the scenes. After graduating from Michigan State University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Tom has moved to Chicago to oversee the day to day operations of DFP. He is also currently pursuing a graduate degree through DePaul University's MBA program.

Sasank Boppana

Sasank was born on a late July afternoon in Detroit, and grew up on the west side of Troy, where he attended Troy High School. After graduating in 2005, Sasank enrolled at Western Michigan University, where in 2009, he graduated with a major in Accountancy. By October 2010, Sasank had successfully passed all portions of the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) exam. Upon completion of the CPA, Sasank decided to continue his education via law school. In August of 2011, Sasank took his talents to the Michigan State University College of Law, where he plans to study Intellectual Property in order to be a multi-point resource to Dynamite Films Production. Sasank intends to take DFP to new heights by revolutionizing the industry of film management. Although Sasank is the most recent addition to the DFP team, his knowledge of the industry, coupled with his determination of success, has already proven to be a major asset in DFP's pursuit of investors and its production success. In addition to his admiration of film making, Sasank continues to play recreational sports, such as hockey, football, softball, and soccer. Sasank credits his accomplishments, dedication, and discipline to god, his parents, brother, family, friends, Steve Yzerman, and Jerry Rice.

Teddy Benfield

At an early age Teddy honed his knack for making people laugh through his Farley-esq ways. Not only was he great in front of the camera but he found his interest lied behind it as well. Specializing in Cinematography, Sound Design and Acting, he’s been the right hand man on many projects. Teddy attended Western Michigan University and received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Business Marketing. Most recently, he achieved his Private Pilot License and is further pursing his Commercial Pilot License. One of the many unique qualities Dynamite Films can now bring is aerial film and photography.

Robby Piela

Robby is one of the co-founders and should be credited with the invention of the company name. He’s been around since the very beginning specializing in Writing, Directing, and Music Development. Currently, he plays lead guitar in a local Detroit band called The Electric Playground. Robby couldn’t keep movies out of his music career for long. In April 2009 the band was cast in the 2010 release of Beatty Ann Waters starring Hilary Swank and Sam Rockwell. The band also is featured on the movie’s soundtrack with remakes of the Doobie Brothers Long Train Running and My Sharona by The Knack.

Dave Creighton

Dave made his screen debut as a woman. He did such a good job he was continually cast. While his parents were teetering between confusion and disappointment from Dave’s on-screen performance, they were rejuvenated by his behind the scenes skills. Dave consistently assumes a production role on many projects. After attending Western Michigan University for 4 years and receiving a Bachelors in Sales and Marketing, Dave currently is working in Sales in Grand Rapids, MI. He continues to play an active role in the company’s business operations.

Nick Papasifakis

Nick, referred to as "Little Nick" because of his height and shortness of last name, started out as the core of the creative writing team and has received just about every writing credit. As time moved along, he began to focus his efforts on the business side of operations. Nick attended Western Michigan University receiving a Bachelors of Business Administration in Business Management with a Minor in History. Currently, he attends law school at the University of Detroit Mercy, specializing in business and entertainment law. He continues his work with DFP assisting in legal research and the development of various production contracts.
